Storm Damage Inspection
After a storm — hail, wind, heavy rain, or tornado — your property may have damage that isn't immediately visible. We inspect roof, siding, windows, gutters, drainage, and structure, and deliver organized findings before any repair conversation begins.
Why a Post-Storm Inspection Matters
Montgomery County gets hit with severe weather — hailstorms, high winds, heavy rain, and occasional tropical weather. After a storm passes, property owners are often left wondering: is there damage I can't see? Is my roof okay? Did the water intrude somewhere?
Getting a professional inspection immediately after a storm gives you a documented record of conditions — before anything fades, dries, or gets missed. That documentation is valuable whether you're planning repairs yourself or communicating with your insurance company.
We don't do drive-by estimates. We do on-site inspections with organized photos and written findings. You get the full picture of what the storm did to your property.
What We Inspect Post-Storm
- Roof — shingle condition, visible impact marks, flashing, ridge cap
- Exterior siding — dents, cracks, displaced panels
- Windows and doors — impact damage, seal integrity, gaps
- Gutters and downspouts — condition, drainage, attachment
- Interior ceiling and walls for signs of water intrusion
- Visible structural elements for impact or load damage
- Surrounding property — drainage, debris, outdoor structures
What You Receive
After the inspection, you receive a written findings report with organized photographs documenting every area inspected. The report includes observations for each area, notes on any damage found, and clear next-step recommendations based on what we found.
If you choose to move forward with Restore Xperts coordination services after the inspection, the inspection fee is credited toward those services.
