What Happens During a Property Inspection
A Restore Xperts team member arrives at your property at the scheduled time. Before any recommendations are made, we inspect — walking through the affected areas, observing conditions, and taking organized photos of everything relevant.
The inspection typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on property size and damage scope. You're welcome to be present throughout — we'll explain what we're seeing and answer questions as we go.
After the visit, you receive a written findings report that includes photos, observations, and a summary of what we found. There's no guesswork, no verbal-only feedback, and no pressure to move forward with additional services.

Why We Inspect Before We Recommend
Many property owners get contacted by contractors right after damage — before anyone has actually inspected the property. They may get recommendations or estimates based on a quick look, not a professional assessment.
Restore Xperts does it differently. We inspect first, document everything professionally, and then provide findings. That approach means the recommendations that follow are based on actual observations — not assumptions, upselling, or guesswork.
If you choose to move forward with Restore Xperts coordination services after the inspection, the inspection fee (from $149) is credited toward those services — so it costs you nothing extra.
Service Requirements
- An adult (18+) must be present during the inspection
- Pets must be secured before the team member arrives
- Inspection fee confirmed in writing before dispatch
- Fee due at time of service (credit/debit, tap-to-pay, Zelle)
- Same-day cancellations may incur a scheduling fee
