Photo and damage documentation is a standard part of every Restore Xperts inspection — whether that's a standard property inspection, water damage assessment, storm inspection, or emergency response visit. It isn't a separate add-on; it's how every engagement works.
If you specifically need documentation without a coordination service — for example, you just want a professional record before you make your own repair decisions — that's a valid and common request. The standard inspection fee (from $149) covers the visit, photos, and written report.
