A Restore Xperts team member arrives on time at your property. We inspect the affected areas thoroughly, take organized photos, and document findings in writing. You'll be present throughout and we'll explain what we're observing as we go.
The inspection typically takes 60–90 minutes. After the visit, you receive a written findings report with photos and clear observations — not a verbal summary you have to remember, but an actual written document you can keep and refer to.

Standard inspections are typically scheduled within 24–48 hours depending on availability. Emergency situations are prioritized for same-day scheduling when possible — call us directly at (936) 249-6843 to discuss urgent needs and we'll tell you honestly what we can commit to.
Inspection fees (from $149 standard, from $250 emergency) are due at time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards, tap-to-pay, and Zelle. All fees are confirmed in writing before anyone arrives. If you move forward with restoration work, the inspection fee is credited — so you don't pay twice.
